As the Pixies said, "Got me a movie, I want you to know!, slicin' up eyeballs, I want you to know!"

As Dali said, "I don't do drugs. I am drugs.". I think he's also quoted as saying, "The only difference between myself and a madman is that I am not mad "

I would say Dali was one of the Genius's of the 20th Century. You may be interested in his, "Crucifixion" painting, where Jesus is on a cross that's actually a hypercube.

What's with all these technology pieces? Next thing we'll hear is that they have cloned dinosaurs - or almost have, you'll bet the the computers they tried this on will be using a plastic chip that you print out on your portable (linux powered) computer developed at Bell Labs - but it won't be shipping with DVD playback

    sheesh.

  6. OSX on Anti-Aliased GNOME and Mozilla · · Score: 1

ALL screen fonts on OSX are anti aliased, which, after a few hours will become very hard to look at without getting a huge headache. I'm concerned about the wondow shade too. there were reasons the fonts weren't AA, they are easier to read in certain situations. AA is really nice when you have big fonts that are italisized.

  7. um, on Anti-Aliased GNOME and Mozilla · · Score: 1

    congrats to the AA team,

but I think its time to stop copying and start innovating. Things like this shoudn't make *huge* news. Its a font, its antialiased, its been in mac os for 10+ years.

Wonder what Raskin thinks of this :)

It would be cool to have AA type in mi terminal tho
