You used to be able to buy glow in the dark paintballs. I think it was either Zap or Pro-Ball that used to sell them. I haven't seen it in awhile so I doubt if there was much of a market for it.
Its highly unlikely the field will dry up (at least not anywhere in the near future or moderate future). The number of students attempting CS degrees is not increasing anywhere near as fast as the demand for their skills is even though the starting salaries is grosely larger than what some other majors could get.
That is a pretty slim article. What kind of stuff can a software executive, who can barely, spell do? My six year old cousin can push his way around Excel pretty well not beecause he understands the concepts or can read well, its because he has just memorized what stuff does but it doesn't mean he would make a good software exec...
While I email a whole lot more than I snail mail, its very unlikely that snail mail will ever become truely obsolete. There will always be someone you need to converse with who won't have an access.
My girlfriend works at a summer camp, about 50 miles from civilization, there probably will never be a computer at the camp. Thus leaving me with only pen and paper to contact her.

Matter/Anti-matter reaction would be much more efficient with a much larger exponential energy output....

To top it off, run Rhapsody on it.
