    Apple is an IP troll that actually markets real products.
    SCO is an IP troll that has no products.

    That people will just install whatever they need to to get their Skype on.
    They might be right. Consumers were never much good at making the right decisions.

    Pretty much that is the entire birther movement. Almost all real republicans have denounced the birthers.
    I just think that the democrats should all denounce Harry Reid.

    The birthers have been denounced by almost every conservative with any real voice.
    The biggest guy on the birther side is Donald Trump. We all know he is just getting air time to increase his shows ratings so even that guy dose not really count.
    If as many prominent Dems stepped up to denounce Harry as Repubs did to denounce birthers we would not really be having this conversation.

    They rail against making government smaller by letting everyone know that with zero government things would be bad.

    There is the strawman. Your strawman. Why do you feel the need to protect a government that has always only grown in power?
    Why when people want the government to get out of an area of our lives they have no business in do you feel the need to point out what things would be like with no government?
    Liberals need to believe that the answer is a government program. Why this is I do not know.
    They should not. It has never really worked for them but they keep hoping.
    Conservatives. Real ones. Not most republicans. Should look at their own actions first and what they can do to solve their problems.
    Small government is good. Big government and no government is bad.

    It is my honest belief that one of the things that is worse than the current US control of the internet would be UN control.
    In fact it may be the worst decision that could be made. I think that the internet would be better off being controlled by China than by the UN.
    North Korea and a few of the Arab states would be the only things I can think of that might be worse than the UN.

    Sometimes I think this election is going to be (For Me) about fucking the country up faster or fucking it up slower.
    I 100% agree that Obama will fuck this country up faster.
    I might still vote for him though.
    Maybe if the country gets screwed up fast enough we will not sit in the hot water till it is too late.

    Agree. Fuck Bush for the creation of the TSA.
    The creation of the TSA and pushing for the Patriot Act are the 2 worst things he ever did.
    Also though. Fuck Obama for his protection of the TSA and the fact that he allows the patriot act to continue on.
    Bush created these travesties, but make no mistake. Obama uses them for his benefit.
    If you think Obama should be shielded from a fuck him as well because he did not start it you are a fool.

    It should not matter which was first. The fact that Samsung had this design before they had seen the iPhone design means that they clearly came up with it independently. Patents are broken. They currently serve to do the exact opposite of what they were intended for.
