  1. But will they remove the child safety features? on Mozilla Launches Browser Built For Developers · · Score: 1

I'm most interested to see if this means the release will be without a number of firefox's more annoying features, for example will I be free to disable warnings about third party extentions, and turn off the annoying messages about apps going fullscreen? Those alone would make me consider using it full time.

Am I the only person getting a 'chat is disabled on this page' bubble everywhere when using this plugin on facebook?

Why should you retain any more control over images you upload ?

I'm sitting here laughing at the idea of backing up 1TB at internet speeds, rather than spending 60 bux on a 1TB external drive.

I never made my mind up about instant travel in UO, I generally only used it for quick important business, but its presence helped keep my vast empty wastes vast and empty of other players, so I could wonder around unbothered. It also served as a big painted target to draw most reds into a few avoidable areas. But you could see how their very existence made most tasks too easy to complete, I could spend my time slowly wondering from town to town chopping and processing untouched trees and collecting reagents and cotton because nobody ever went to those places. I'd say the problem is more an excess of quests which ask you to go from point A, get an object at point B and then return it to point A

  6. sensible on Flawed Map Says L.A.'s Crime Highest Next to Police HQ · · Score: 0, Redundant

It makes a lot of sense to locate your police headquarters in high crime areas. The close proximity will lower response times, and the constant traffic of police through the area will discourage crimes of opportunity.

Science is incredibly maths based, how can you expect to be in any way competent in a related job after school, if you've spent your entire education doing simplified unrealistic tasks? Its like essay subjects such as history and geography saying you don't need to be able to write in clear English.

Hell i'm putting my name down, i'm in the UK so its very likely i'll never hear anything of it. Lets be honest, slashdotters are a pretty paranoid group, I feel pretty safe in the knowledge that nobodys going to dedicate thousands of pounds to trying to frame me for some international jewel thievery. Also the site says there are three levels of anonymity possible, full disclosure, disclosure to vetted groups, and disclosure only to their parent company and affilated labs.
