    Actually we are destroying it. If the fuel(biological) consumption remains at the same rate sea temperature are going to be higher(2 to 4 degree Celsius)that will destroy good amount of marine ecology.

    As we have already seen, other Microsoft antitrust cases have resulted in the release of Windows N and some other consequences, which haven't caused any big trouble to Microsoft.We can guess/expect Microsoft wont be affected. The big brother will find out/create a escape route for itself .

    this has mixed effect of followings:-
    1.Opera's antitrust case against Microsoft
    2.All Major Linux Vendor have firefox as default browser in their distro
    3.Firefox related campaign like spread firefox or blog happy
    4.IE's state of standard compliance

    With the release of firefox 3,the score will get much higher because of many bug fixes,new features and standard compliance.

    by definition criminal law governs crimes (felonies and misdemeanors). Crimes are offenses against the state. Civil law deals with private offenses, such as violations of contracts, and failure of professional duty. I think it is males difference clear to you.
