I actually emailed Evoluent with this idea last year. They replied to the effect that "they have no plans to develop such a device." I hope some company gives it a shot.
I've got two of these (V2) hooked up to my work machine right now (lefty and righty)--just took my Wacom tablet home and traded it out with the righty. It's a nice product and well built but not a cure-all. It's helped reduce my symptoms and allowed me to keep working but I still get plenty of pain if I don't pay attention to other things, namely posture, stretching, and breaks.
