I've been skinny my entire life.
I'm 20 now, and I am 6'5" and 170 pounds. My waist is between 31 and 32 inches. I meet no one this thin generally.
So how in the hell could a friggin country restrict certain gene types? Even my non-rocket scientist ass knows that people come in all shapes and sizes regardless of how escalated obesity is in said society.
