Because people choose products in a free market? People choosing Android phones counting as dissatisfied customers of Apple if their previous phone was an iPhone.
AFTER Nokia sued Apple, then, as listed in the article you linked to. Or is this a particular "newspeak" variant of "first" used among Apple haters? And I am sure Apple actually use what the patents cover in their products, thus they are not a patent troll.
I think Google was smarter than you Blackberry fans, since Android did start out as a Blackberry clone but switched over to something closer to the iPhone after a certain someone from Google on Apple's board saw something he liked...
Patent trolls are defined as non-practicing entities. Are you ignoring that Apple actually makes products, or are you redefining "patent troll" so that it can apply?
If cases are without merit, the courts will find that out. You seem to pretend to know a lot about the cases, perhaps you can offer your assistance to Samsung and the others?
Ideas cannot be stolen, just shared: Xerox still had the mouse and GUI after Jobs and Gates visited, they just CHOSE not to do anything with it. And Apple and Microsoft both improved on the work they saw there: Innovation is improving on existing inventions, to use something in new ways. This is what Apple does best. I mean, do you still use WordStar, or are you instead using one of the "thieves' products" like WordPerfect or Microsoft Word?
Or: Why play a closed-source, DRM-infested game if you value freedom enough to use Linux in the first place? Why not fire up ye olde Angband instead if you want the rogue-like gameplay?
GIVEN that a small number of Wine users have been banned AND GIVEN that a few hundred other Wine users have not IT FOLLOWS that running D3 in Wine does not get you banned.
Because OS X is a stable, UNIXy OS with a user-friendly GUI on top? Now feck off to a car forum and complain to BMW owners they should have bought a Toyota instead.
Are you refuting that Flash drains battery, runs slow and eats up precious RAM on the phones that support it? How many Android owners actually like to use it when other options exist?
Or maybe not? They are selling iPads as fast as they can make them, there are only one or two actual challengers, one of them being the non-infringing successor to the Tab.
Studio props (without electronics of any sort) do not count as "prior art". After all, tablet computers existed for ten years prior to the iPad, expensive slabs running Windows Pen Edition. What the iPad did was redefine the product category so it wasn't as expensive and big, and used an OS that wasn't a mouse-and-keyboard desktop UI twisted into a non-keyboard-or-mouse configuration. What makes you sick? Repeating stale and rotten "arguments" that have been posted 100 times before?
If they were doctored by Apple (as the early claims after the pictures appeared on a blog said) I am sure the Samsung lawyers would have a field day and have that proof thrown out. If it actually had been presented to the court.
But of course, the blogger had no access to court documents, and had just faked something. But Apple haters seem hell bent on ignoring that it was not Apple who had "doctored" the image.
I am sure Samsung-the-parts-maker would show the middle finger to at Samsung-the-tablet-maker if the latter demanded the former cancel a major contract like that. I doubt Samsung-the-parent would allow such a breach of their principle of independence and competitiveness between its daughters.
Is that your counter argument? That he is an "Apple lover" because he isn't doing the chic thing and hate a successful American company's victory over a corrupt South Korean mastodon?

Last I checked Jobs was not the chief engineer, Jonathan Ive was. And still is.
"Microsoft is dead, their chief programmer Gates has quit".

Which phone manufacturer did Apple sue before Nokia sued them in October 2009?

So I guess I have an Apple-shaped hole and a Canon-shaped hole and a Sony-shaped hole and a LG-shaped hole...
What are your electronics, made in the Soviet Union, since you despise commercial success?
Anything done "for society" that harms one single individual
So you are opposed to the Government locking up criminals? Clearly that harms that poor individual...
Can corporations serve jail time for crimes, and if so do all employees get locked up?
Corporations are not people just because all they earn eventually goes to people.
Ah, do not so readily compare the two. Bison give us milk, meat, and hides. Politicians - not so much.

They will probably release a fully patched Linux client for WoW whenever the Year of Linux on the Desktop rolls around.
Don't know about that: When Apple released the iPhone, Nokia pounced with a lawsuit then, too, long before Microsoft were their partners.
Hm, Apple users satisfied with their devices, versus moping insulting haters who have decided one particular brand of electronics is their infidel.
I am glad I belong to the first camp. The second must have really sucky lives.
HTML 5 video does not support DRM. And Amazon's content i "protected".

Is that sufficient differentiation? Score, I'll go make a car that looks exactly like a Bugatti Veyron except it has the name Paul instead.
