Gore has been declared the winner of Michigan, even though only 2% of the precincts have reported, and according to them, Bush has 52% of the vote, while Gore only has 46%. I wouldn't think that Bush would be able to be declared the winner so early, so how can they say Gore will win it when he has 6% fewer votes than Bush?
Actually, the Saturn V blueprints are kept at the Marshall Space Flight Center on microfilm. The problem with making a Saturn V is trying to find hardware vendors that sell hardware from the mid 1960's.
