    The RIAA is already pushing for ISPs to police their networks, and lobbying for insane damages.

    Starting, saving, restarting with the nomonsters switch, killing one monster, and finishing with a kill score of 2400 percent.

    Spyro:

    Doing stunt glides to "unreachable" spots and gawking at parts of the level that didn't get completely built.

    Also, Going to one part of the level, removing the disc, going to another part of the level where a pool is, and exploiting the lack of lakebed to bypass the surface coming back up, thus letting me swim through the air.

    exploiting bugs is my favorite.

    Come to think of it I could say the same thing about how the food industry, particularly fast food, deliberately taints their product to make you fat, hungry, and addicted to the food.

    My point was that if you're ok with a system where patents can be busted by fair AND foul means, then it's a potential slippery slope.

    Heck, the rule of law is probably the only thing stopping patent trolls from engaging in outright extortion.

    Except that a "friend" of mine emailed all of his contacts about my association with questionable content on another website, which would have remained anonymous had I not been outed.
