So now Microsoft is going to dictate how we behave? How long before someone creates an interface that sends electric shocks out and zaps you for talking too much? And what happens when the software screws up and starts zapping folks for all sorts of weird reasons?
As a guy who has one arm (not called onearmfreak for nothing), I gotta say this thing has huge cool factor on many levels.
My current prosthesis has a rotating wrist, and the first two fingers and thumb are the only articulating fingers. And at that they can only "pinch". It's cool and all, but I still can't play saxophone. Have five articulated fingers would be huge. Think of all flipping-off I could do (I do drive in Detroit).
I spent most of my life without any prosthesis. Growing up, hooks were the best they could do, and while some folks like em, to me they sucked huge.
When can I buy one?
I'm not an expert in this by any stretch, so if this is really stupid, then so be it (when has abject stupidity ever stopped an American from voicing his ideas?). Couldn't a hydrogen-producing plant begin the cycle of creation using a carbon-emitting process (e.g. coal, gas), and then switch to using hydrogen to create the hydrogen? A given volume of hydrogen would be created, but a percentage of that would be routed off to power the powerplant, while the balance goes off to the fuel pumps. Hell, since you need an engine that burns gas and hydrogen, have BMW make the frigging powerplant?

But you're not going to get streaming porn to the moon with radio waves. And who's gonna colonize the moon if there's no streaming porn?
Ah, but that wouldn't work either. Fruits bears seeds, and as we all know ... "Every seed is sacred."
