Point of order: Xfce 3.x had a dock but nothing else besides window decorations - that's what I used back in the early '00s on Debian 2.2/2.3. It wasn't until 4.x that it started trying to be Gnome with somewhat lighter requirements.

Unfortunately I agree with you. Obama's been a disappointment at best and a damned disaster for civil liberties, but our system is Broken and so we're left with the binary choice of Bad or Worse. A few jobs back one of my coworkers went to nudist colonies and he'd show me brochures that had pictures (at the time I was interested in the lifestyle). Most of the people shown were unattractive middle-aged types (possibly to scare off the peepers), but one of them was this girl who must've been thirteen or fourteen; at any rate she was just old enough to start developing her breasts.

Correlation != causation, and Obama re-signed them because if he didn't taxes would go up on the poor and middle class in the middle of a recession - he'd tried to get the tax cuts to expire for the rich, but the Republicans would have none of it.
