A GameStop store here has a copy of Ogre Battle for the N64 for 25 bucks but has no box or manual. Complete versions are avalable on Ebay for nearly twice that much.
Actally in Japan they had to pay an online fee for all versions of the game, including V1. The online fee for V2 in the US came out to roughly 10 dollars for THREE months of online play. Currently Ep 1 and 2 (and the upcoming Ep 3 which will share the fee) have a fee of 8.95 per month in the US, and I believe somewhere around 5 a month in Japan.
Or the people in Florida that couldn't trace an arrow to the right name, or the people in Tennesse that didn't vote for their home canidate, or Ralph Nader, or the people that ran Gore's horrible campaign, or 20 arabs that hijacked plains on 9/11, or...
This is a pic that looks like this tank that fell on the Nacogdoches County airport. Forgive the bad quality. It was taken from a home video that was shown on the local news here. I live just a few miles from it. Scary.

Not really. There are two different ways to program a Dreamcast. One is to use WindowsCE, which was included to make ports of PC games much easier. The second uses Sega's own tools, which are usually much more efficent. Games which use WinCE have the "Powered by WindowsCE" logo on the screen when they are booting. And I know of only a couple of games that actually use CE, Starlancer and Railroad Tycoon II.

I'm more worried about a rock from space falling on my head than a little warmer temperture.
