I seem to remember somewhere that the laws of a boat in international waters depend on the flag being raised, the flag it's sailing under. Now, tell if I'm wrong, but I would bet this holds something in space... So whose flag "flies" (or is painted) on the ISS? A lot of flags, to my knowledge. Well, this comment went no one.
