    Dunno but once you get about 10ft. down it's quite chilly, go deep enough and you can get near-freezing water even in the tropics.

    Damn, I knew it was a useless locked-in piece of shit, but I didn't know it was malware! And just today I told a coworker that it was fine to use (apart from the lockin and relative uselessness) on Blackberry.

    With users relying entirely on the app store's curation process for security and a relatively low interest from the computer security community on the platform, I'd bet there are a lot of apps doing shady stuff with iOS users' personal data right now.

    Flew on Air Canada a while ago, if your bag goes over 50lbs. you immediately must pay $100CAN 8-(

    Also if you fly in executive class, you can carry bags of unlimited mass. You could theoretically pack a solid block of osmium the size of your suitcase's interior.

    We'll make a Higgs Boson gun that shoots atoms full of mass. Then we'll use it to make planes fall out of the sky, cause submarines to sink until they implode, and make people collapse under their own weight.

    Ironically enough it's only through humanity's disconnect from nature's usual evolutionary pressures brought about by "advanced" civilizations that these social darwinists are able to survive. If Darwin really had his way, selfish individuals would be pushed out of / leave the tribe and be promptly eaten by predators. But now that we respect their individual rights and don't rely on safety in numbers, they live long, happy lives masturbating to Ayn Rand and ranting at the rest of us.

    Yeah I mean signed. It is redundant, although it would make sense in a system where signing is optional, and would be an example of where the signing is dependent on the hash result.

    Well then Apple should just have a robot in the US snap the last piece of their iShinies on and say that all their products are made in the USA!

    I'm no Google hater but most of the Nexus Q's internals weren't made in the US.

    This is what Nokia does - my N900 says "Designed in Finland" on the back. It was made in South Korea (but that's not written anywhere on the outside of it).
