    Well, I have ancient servers running on ancient Linux variants as well, just for showing off to Windows users. But it doesn't mean they are suitable for mission critical data.

    Some people do not understand that makeup for hiding age works only for humans, and it is not fun to die in space while all liquid in your body is boiling...

    As somebody also mentioned above, it becomes easier to spot you when your parameters put you closed to the edge of bell shaped curve. Also it is important to remember movies being one of the most common forms of art (how many different sculptures you see in a year, and how many movies...) they have a greater granularity to match individual tastes and preferences....

    However I guess that, IMDB being public, and Netflix private, there should be a shift in expressed opinions. Assuming that, it is accepted "BAD TASTE" to be interested in a private investigator taking cases on animals, if I liked Ace Ventura I will be more likely to admit it in an anonymous environment...

    That is also proof that, to be able to talk about something does not mean you know shit about it.

    What if they have some solid state gyros, that act differently based on said boards' positions. Or if that is so complex to accomplish for some idiots, who cannot fill in some papers; What if the PCB is designed in such a way that, when you use a one size bigger than standard nut, it acts as a jumper and changes results...

    It is not related with this question directly, but in Turkey you can easily sign and forget it. Because your employer has an advantage over you as they are controlling your income, this classifies as "unfair business practice", and no corporate lawyer worth his salt would carry such an agreement to a court of law. I saw a company foolish enough to go to the court, and they ended up paying the double of mentioned penalty to their ex-employee. Such agreements are usually used to intimidate employees. Ask you local lawyer, as always...
