A secure electronic transaction or SET is a transmission security method that are legitimate and securely. Primary the secure electronic transaction is much like an SSL that are encrypt the information using the encryption technologies before sending the information through the world. Dissimilar the SET from the SSL is it enables identification of the customers identity. The customer must give the digital certificate and transaction will be conducted. The digital certificate will validate among the purchaser. Basically the SET are endorsed by major e-commerce players including MasterCard, American express, Visa, Netscape and Microsoft.
