I've actually been fixated on that concept off and on for the better part of two years now... Trying to find something, somewhere, to rule it out, in spite of numerous hints that such a scenario could actually relate to a lot of unsolved problems.
Anyone got a substantiated answer beyond "gravity doesn't work that way" or the like?
Many farmers may not understand it, but be careful with generalizations here and everywhere. ^^ Generalization noted, risk accepted.:-)
I have first-hand knowledge of farmers who are definitely aware of this issue. Now, don't get me started on organic farmers who nominally disavow the use of antibiotics, only to secretly make use of them...
Note that the posted description makes no mention of proving anything, unlike the original submission...
Confirming just means that further evidence was in line with expectations; not conclusive by any means.
It's always good to hear that our understanding of physics is sound, even if new mysteries are more exciting!
The sad thing is that F6 requires an add-on to restore its old functionality in FF4; it was changed to selecting the active tab, rather than the URL bar text...
Representing charge as "holes" is useful for current said to be flowing from a higher voltage (lacking electrons) to a lower voltage. The electrons are actually going from where they are in excess (giving a more negative charge) to where they are lacking. Therefore, the "holes" and electrons are trading places. It's like heat being dissipated, and saying "cold" is moving in.
The way you describe the motion of electrons and holes as being equivalent but in opposite directions is a very good way to look at it; both are valid, and used interchangeably based on the situation.
(Insert Standard Flow vs. Conventional Flow rant here)

Thank you. Great game, that.
If you and everyone else thinking about it take that stance, no one is any different from "the masses."

Set browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent to true, or find whatever add-on is changing the behavior. That should fix it.
