Benjowler, when over half of the people decide to let others work and sweat to make the money and then use the political process to take it from them to support the ones who won't work, the nation is doomed to fall into poverty. This redistribution will probably convince many tired working people to just do as the majority and throw in the towel and get on the government dole too.
Interesting you say that, Henry Ford used Dodge brothers axles for years and I am sure he sourced many other parts for the cars from others in Detroit too.
Well, renovation of buildings tend to cost more than razing the place and building to your needs. My work is an example. The building my state government office is in was built to be a small junior college that out grew it and moved out. The building was rebuilt leaving the main parts of the two floors but neglecting the basement and the only reason was the political flack if the building had been razed scared the people who controlled the money, and it was rebuilt, but cost 1.5 times the cost of razing and building to need would have.
Hanging out up in the air does make you an easy target, just sayin'.
Being on the ground for pickup does have many advantages (both doors could be used for hurried entry.)
@zlives... No, for freedom, is how I read it. They had older machines that worked fine with Win2K but would not work well with XP or newer, so they decided to migrate to Linux for the freedom from having to do as their Computer Operating System Company demanded. This way, they could upgrade the hardware as they saw fit to upgrade.
Our work IMacs are pretty kicking machines. We have 2012 models with 3.4 GHz Intel Core I7s, 24 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 and 1 TB harddrives networked with Apple Servers and our up time is wonderful. Our support is a 3 person crew with only one really doing the hardware or software maintenance while the others keep the DBs and other special software going. Other agencies depend on the organizations ITD and they have windows machines but cannot boast of the uptime and productivity we have.
I supposed she was talking about those who performed the raid as still working there. And if they went there for guns, taking her notes would be off limits would not they be?
Good point AC, I would think these website or even hard-copy publishers would dive in to the vast range of possibilities given in Linux to make these comparisons (hopefully in an unbiased manner) and show viewers the features, differences, advantages or deterrents of each of the distributions and their variants. If the word got out, they should have a good amount of traffic on their websites.
Well,
You are a Loon yourself. You throwing such thoughts as coming from me must be a reflection of your own thoughts because I never thought anyone should die. Name calling is so intellectual of you. I only reflected it to show your lameness.
Why are they doing all the drama? The nation has already had 17 "shutdowns," and it is just an excuse to furlough ( that is let federal employees have days off ) with pay so it is just a show to try to shame or scare the public into doing a unpleasant thing ( continue to bring on board an unpopular law, parts of which apparently the administration can arbitrarily postpone for a year, while the general population has to conform and do as it says, except for those the administration gives exemptions to including the three branches of the federal government ). The corruption is bleeding through the surface. The president is a product of the corrupt Chicago Democrat machine after all.
or those so called Luddites don't like Monsanto's sueing farmers for having their wheat in their fields when the farmers had nothing to do with that happening, causing all kinds of bad feelings for Monsanto from many in the farming communities. Now their wheat is growing in the wild. Is Monsanto going to sue the County it is growing in too, or just the farmer on whose land it is found?
I wouldn't be surprised if the troll wasn't someone expecting to get money out of the practice, but rather some person or company sick of the flaws in the patent system, how easy it is to abuse patents, and how hard it is to get the government to take action on fixing it. Maybe someone just wanted to draw attention to the issue to have patent law locked down a little better to prevent such activities. I imagine someone writing all these letters, chanting all the while, "Stop letting me do this!"
Well, the opposite is a Duke Nukem Forever which took 10 years to release, right?

Or non-flawed software for free too. :)
Nowadays, $4 will just get you a little more than 1 gallon of gas.
So a mutated copy caused the results in mice. How about unmutated copies? They did not answer the question did they?
As far as I know, Italy does not have the Constitution of the United States of North America; so I do not see your logic here.
Interesting you say that, Henry Ford used Dodge brothers axles for years and I am sure he sourced many other parts for the cars from others in Detroit too.
My compaq-hp desktop at home came with Vista and 1 G Ram, so you are so right. (I immediately installed 4 G and it still runs fine)
The salt is your incentive to drink beer with the pizza. The saltier, the more beer you buy. It works well for the restaurant. :)
Thanks that was very helpful for me. :)

systemd is also on gentoo, so you may have to resort to older distributions / source code.
The summary did not state what the prices are. Are they cheaper to buy than the Intel chips they are being compared with?

And, bonus! if anybody sends them money. Huh? :)
You refer to an opinion page as proof?
from AC "South America is best America." :)
Even if it is smaller?
