I am the director of an IT company looking after 100+ sites with a mixture of Linux and Windows OS. Some sites are Windows only. I still make my purchasing decision based on how well certain hardware works on Linux.
I may be small, but Linux friendly suppliers get the majority of my approx $500,000 per year in IT spending. I'm also sure I'm not alone.
