    In CA (as in most other states) a driver is required to move as far to the right as practicable to prepare for a right turn. This includes merging into a bike lane. The Google car didn't do that. It stayed in the through lane and turned (illegally) across a bike lane.

    Seems that the car's programmers need to know a bit more about the driving rules.

    Wow, Google must be really desperate to get people onto it's failing social media (g+) platform.

    It's kind of odd, they haven't tried such measures for their earlier social media failures. And especially odd because, till now, YouTube was a social media success!

    My mail servers require PTR records and require that they match A records. This has stopped a huge amount of spam. It has also stopped some ham and as a result I now use this in combination with a whitelist.

    We have an environment that includes various versions of Linux, FreeBSD, IRIX, Solaris, and Windows. We use NIS and NFS for all the UNIX systems and SAMBA for Windows.

    It works very well for us.

    IBM has not sold AIX for the Big Iron for a long time. The current UNIX for the IBM mainframe is OS/390.
