Why would you want it in the US or Europe if you can't even tune to any channels?
Why doesn't Apple just disable support for the American frequency bands? Seems like a simple solution, yet no one here seems to have mentioned it.
Should be no problem since GSM/EDGE/3G use different frequencies outside of the US.
