This debate has been going on for year and we want regulation that says they can't do it, but beyond expressing interest in charging have any of them actually tried it yet?
It seems that it is the only way to do anything in that language.
On one assignment I had to create one scalar and use it as a pointer to a hash where the keys were the different data types and that was were all of the variable were then I did the rest of the program from there. It was a massive brain fcuk for a while but I had a rather good understanding of how to use pointers afterwords.
Because the United States is the only source for medical advances in the world. If it was really that big of a deal there is nothing stopping the EU from donating money to the research.

True, but from what I remember the deregulation was in what the area of reporting/auditing, which is just never a good idea.

It wasn't through their own hard work and superior service, it was given to them.
I know nothing of web programing but was under the impression that Flash sucks for any actual applications beyond a video or basic games.
And that silverlight was more or less flash but is easy to program for.
It would be better if they had a comp sitting by the entrance where you could download a map of the store on to your own device.
