WHAT? Bios shadowing means you copy the bios into main memory. If you're trying to use that same memory range (the bios blocks it off, but whatever, lets assume your bios is retarded), then you're an idiot.
The only reason to worry about memory not storing the same "byte value" you expect is due to a physical problem, or due to you not expecting the right value (most commonly a little-endian / big-endian issue).
