I go to college at UNL (Lincoln NE) And at the Husker games they do fly-overs all the time. A couple of times they've had stealth craft. You can't hear them coming, but after they get past you it feels like your ear drums are going to burst.

Maybe if that's all I had in my dorm room freshman year, and never got laid (not that I got laid my freshman year) and didn't party I could have done that too. (not a chance, but I think partying is more fun anyway)
They already do something similar to this in the food industry. There's a paint with Silver Oxides (I think, it's a silver compound anyway) They can either paint it on, or mix it with an epoxy for floor coatings. It's supposed to kill any bacteria on it.
