Very well stated. I suppose that there will be deniers of reality, people who think that our current fascism isn't so because they haven't seen the stormtroopers marching in our streets. They won't even care to know that Blackwater is authorized to do such marching at the whim of the Feds, nor will they care to know that Halliburton/KBR are building Manzanar-styled "detention" facilities where the ungratefuls will be held while the faithful continue on in their pro-fascist zombie way.

I'd disagree that "the Democrats" stopped telecom immunity. They haven't done diddly squat to prevent the formation and buildup of fascist power. Sure, they talk about it. But they never walk the talk.
The Democrat/Republican dynamic is not a dynamic at all. It is a Janus-like two-faced image. Two images, one entity.
