umm, new zealand doesn't even have clarity on its own broadband strategy. I mean we still have the monopolisation of Telecom and only a few other players who are hesitant to invest their coin in a national broadband network in NZ. I think if Obama wants some advice it would be this:
1./ well defined strategy with outcomes
2./ Return on Investment from infrastructure
3./ Policy around how Network owners "unbundle services"
Just pure $ do not always equal better broadband...
I agree, the other problem is that does this apply to businesses located in other states selling to people in Wisconsin or vice versa, businesses selling to people located in other states or overseas. How do they regulate it and how do they distinguish if the buisness is based in Wisconsin, but sells from a "branch" or "Headquarters" located somewhere else?
This would be great for smaller devices, like mobile handsets because there would be smaller surface area required. I like the idea of walking around with an iPhone for a few days without having to charge it if I'm not near a PC or laptop.
MMX Only allowed extra Multi-media capabilities, so was still for the most part pretty useless on most machines, especially in a bus environment. More Intel marketing.
4*3MB Cores 12MB Cache!! I can't wait. It is amazing how AMD have not even got an edge on Intel. Come on AMD get cracking on creating some decent processors!
maybe a format of the drive when its purchased will fix. Or because its malware does this mean its going to be embedded into the hardware?
It goes to show that we can't even rely on our hardware now without some big "brother" sending information back.
Its not rocket science they don't go after the single people. Perhaps they could ask ISPs to track copyrighting next? Maybe the ISPs could be in for a cut.
Wouldn't aliens already have contacted us if they're interested? Clearly we're not as interesting as other life forms.

How does this affect users worldwide out of US jurisdiction?
