    No it shouldn't. It is perfectly accurate as it is. Plese check your assumptions.
    Though, to be fair, changing it to binary from binaries would make it different.
    Perhaps that's why it says binaries.

    Until GPL3 adoption is common we will get GPL3 stories, and probably for a while thereafter.

    Traditional farmers here (UK) are few and far between, most farms here are owned by big business and have managers not farmers.

    In turn they follow the dictat of the big supermarket chains - Asda (now owned by Wal-Mart) and Tesco (£1 in £4 pounds are spent at Tesco).

    Have you done it ?

    Because I discovered that pleny of OS apps wouldn't compile. libdv is one iirc. Kino is another, not the most important apps in the universe but enough to make me waver.

    That said, some fine people have stepped up and done some of the dirty work and done a 64bit multi-media distro : http://64studio.com/

    Their ignorance is annoying. Why even mention non ECC ram in reply to :

    "If you're sysadmining a company that relies on this stuff, and has a cluster of machines that need to be up and running with gobs of RAM to buffer slower disks and backplanes, you'll know better."

    Using non-ECC RAM in a 24/7 machine is stupid.
