Way off-topic... But that's semantics surely? Does a 5 year old really differentiate the weight of 2 classes on the name of the class? :-)

iPlayer has SWF Verification though so unless the BBC has a sudden outbreak of common sense people are stuck using Adobe!

Do you know of occasions where Google has broken its own privacy policy? (Genuine question)

This sound to me basically the same as what the BBC are currently doing on iplayer with project cheetah, having a cache of the video at the isp level to save bandwidth!

I do not think anybody id disputing that? It's the inflated costs of the damage to obtain the extradition order that is the issue.

Ironically if he were a citizen of China or Zimbabwe he would not about to be extradited! Presumably there is no extradition treaty for someone on a laissez-passer so for Mr McKinnon there is probably nothing helpful in being a citizen of most western countries.

You sure its not a sata driver problem? XP doesn't have sata drivers by default, try slipstreaming the sata drivers in to your XP disk.

UI preference is subjective, I happen to like 3ds interface! For me coming from a Windows background it was a fairly common looking layout! Sure some advanced/rarely used options are hidden away somewhere obscure, but no more so than other complex software IMO. Its whatever the user is used to!

Virgin Music closing stores probably has more to do with Virgin selling off & franchising out the brand than DRM, but im sure Branson wouldn't be selling if he was making a fortune from them still.
