This has been on coming for 6 years now. The FCC has been backed up with copyright, exploit, software complaints, ect.. that have left the FCC to do nothing, but to turn to the government and implement bills of law for copyrighting programming more strictly. The FCC being under pressure has been only able to do so much, but since the general public has basically migrated online, and having over 78% of the world on the net; it was only a matter of time before the Law stood in place of minor regulations of program evaluating.
What this means to the basic consumer is nothing, but to programmers and open source writers puts a new federal pressure onto them.
The new Copyright implementations mean that if any programming source looks anything near other program source code, could put the average Joe programmer into a massive amount of trouble, Law cases, and Federal penalty. Where any large software provider (Microsoft, AOL, Activision), stays safe and secure with a new ability to push a panic button of complaint in the Court of Law, if they think some software of theirs is getting ripped off.
Rich getting richer and keeping their money safe, by securing their software, is all what is happening.

The application, Folding@home, Explains what the application does on its main site http://folding.stanford.edu/. You donate computing power and bandwidth to a network. Basically functioning as a WAN, your system takes on a proxy role when engaging into the server. You download a application, which is basically a time table of usage, it will work calculations, and other roles for that subnetwork. Then you might assume your system is just doing one role, because of how you can connect other systems to utilize onto one folding. When really you are just plugging in more bandwidth and computing power for that time table. Folding@Home will use a small fraction of your systems computing power. Taking about as much resources as a screen saver runs on your system. Which it only seems more from that when the time table you download from folding@home is doing something else, but they just only will use so much system resources to do processes.
Your system doesn't become a life line, by any means. The Folding@Home project is basically helping a super computer calculate protein calculations or procedures in a far more productive pace. Allowing the super computer to finish calculations, that would take months, within days. By donated processing power from your system.
If you run a basic HUB network, with one Linux Server as your gateway. You can do several things.
I will give you small modifications ideas that you yourself can adjust to your Server, or your clients.
Restrict sites with your Linux server and only give access to sites you approve.
Open up the policy settings on your clients computer restrict installation, to only be able to use programs that are already installed onto that computer.
Doing one or the other, will eliminate intrusion onto your server. Simply, just by limiting accessibility to/from your small network.
Vista is new, bran new, but IE 7 is not. Which that is the weak point. Which the core dynamics that have now been shelled from the internet worming methods, finally, and are now only limited to the Certificate spoofing, and temp file clog of Js-scripts are what can only work they're way in. Which even then writing registries, and other worm methods that use to be easily done by just using the cookies an automated synchronization of xml automated check feature for rss feeds have been fixed
mildly
. In xp and 2000 you still have to watch your temp files an make sure they don't grow to an extension of a full blown worm. To get around that, simply download Windows defender which renders any temp file useless as long as IE7 is not open, or any other http PNG running program that exchanges xml docs are not encrypted.
Meaning, If another program is not configured to run with its own syncronized xml doc exchange or better known as 'encryption'. Then Microsoft believes thats the composer's problem of who made that program. Such as yahoo messenger, VEOH, Winamp, ect.. Programs that uses Microsoft Internet Explorer's Temp file resources. Microsoft believes they are not paid to make anyone elses programs 100% safer then to certify they're own(Microsoft) programs. Even when Microsoft made they're open source active x resources so easily spoofed. They still would make you pay in order to get customer service. of ANY type.
But you know it is possibly made that way to allow the common user or program vender to need to call Microsoft an pay a nice sum of money to fix they're computer problem(s). Which is all beyond the point.
Which as you see No new IE 8, no new framework patches.. yet. Microsoft seems to be letting all the other browsers(Fire Fox, Opera, Netscape) update first before they toss the new Internet Explorer 8 into the field. Which by then all exploits in frame work Certificate encryptions should be 100% safe once more.
Have you seen the new Silverlight? Microsoft's adobe flash look a mock-up. Seems Microsoft isn't only trying to buy Yahoo! but plow over adobe's internet content handler as well with they're Silverlight.
The way Bill Gates is handling all the internet problems seems pretty devious. As you may have noticed that the Vista is alot more critically dynamic and secure. Sort of like Linux secure, Picky over drivers. Some programs wont even launch if you do not adjust some things. Bill Gates probably never anticipated for the internet to be Windows failing point, but The way Vista runs.. Seems like Bill Gates is not going to let the Internet stop Windows, but Windows conquering the net.. VERYY DEVIOUS..
Bill Gates have seen the certificates, and the js exploits. As you an I can see in the certificate been the 2 small fraudulent certificates. Out of the billion that have been most likely set off threw the net. Bill Gates has an ace up his sleeve, and it looks like one of his moves is taking out adobe along with what ever else he finds wrong.
Other then the old IE7 Vista is a monster that is yet to be completed in its superirority over the net. Linux is fishing for something to top it, an have not yet.. Have you gotten your first service pack yet?? I know i haven't
did i mention the silver light???
On several servers, not only blogs, but basicly public, or highly active blogs or user forums. A few people like to sit an make many, many names and using proxys keep connecting an signing into blogger. Its not automated but just about 5 or so people that are actually using up there time, to just sit around making bunch of names an trying to use 1 proxy at a time to do so. On that proxy they will change the dns entry. To appear as more then one person, which, after you enter your registry captcha thats basicly all the prompt you have to fill out one captcha till you post on anothers forum, but then there is a captcha code if you apply the option to your account. But in order to register you have to fill out the form and captcha. Google just doesn't show any security measures in place. If the page has content applied to it. The person who applied it to that site will see it in the time to come.
Besides why tell the pathetic users that attempt to play spoof and fool, whats to happen, when they are specifically, taking they're own time, too try an exploit, a open source or public chat forums?
Wikipedia online, home of many worms, suposibly.. An the Admins are in question for scripting them.. Not only that, but numerous of users.. Who have loaded accounts on there, became stolen, and found that they're passwords were being given away to Criminals..
Some people that use just one password on the net have even noted about they're email passwords have been changed or 'hacked' right after creating account with the Wikipedia online.. Wikipedia Adminds declare " We can not help with the hackers they use various methods of hacking".. Although many believe there is no hacker but a poor Wikipedia Staff that allow the bartering of user's passwords, to anyone.. The Css rules on the pages are also noted as Admin only accessible.. Wichh a user can insert an image an tags, but not one page was found with invalid tags or worm trends that would allow a theft of password..
Secured With SSL certificates that always have read from Wikipedia, and no other outbound or inbound proximity in way. Which continued that the Admins questioned more only give non answered replies, and common "spoofed connections" exclaims , while even given proof an stating of how many lost they're email's and passwords, just by logging in a account at wikipedia, the question of Wikipedia's staff remains.. As numerous email query have been sent, No replies..
An this smell is not coming from my trash can, but from this post about fighting a cyber war..
So now, since the extinguished Cyber Angels fell to the ground in a muck of run an hide, when all their spammers were failing. They are attempting to make another, spam, 'take privacy information', "Club" that talks of fighting a war of cyber vandalism.. But are the Vandals. What sort of mockery must keep clueless persisting as so.. People that make the problems, come on to open source forum posts as the understated Slashdot an try an 'recruit' the gullible? My, my.. what a bunch of dingbats that are trying to merge out to the innocent to get them to do they're virus trend bidding(s).. So as we all hold our breathe to this post.. I hope no one gets suckered into this Post about this 'cyber warfare'.. That everyone an their grandma knows the internet spam is most likely being lead by theses 'Cyber Generals'.. So whats going to be the verdict when The cyber General steals a innocents identity it will most definitely be the cyber generals attacked(hacked) them selves an made off with members names.. Which really they stole someones identity an need a diversion so that no one notices it was a gimmick the whole time!
To the General: So this is going to end up as hide an seek once more for you, do you really think you can gimmic people again with this lunacy? You are causing your final problems..
The greater is the Pc @ any brand lable, any pc will out perform a Macintosh as long as its @ year with the Macintosh.
for example: - 4ghz pc can run circles around any 4ghz mac..
any computer user from ye olden' times would understand, for one small reason, Command line..
Macintosh has no command line and at that has no manual configurations, basically the only thing you can adjust is the background, and icon eye candy on a Macintosh.. While your clunky PC, has that same auto installation feature
now-days
but at first was highly unliked by many because it wasn't user friendly at all, and no beautiful click-able desktop like our modern fashions..
With only one mouse button at the time of ye olden days.. The Macintosh was liked for its easy to use.. No need to calibrate trend.. Now with the evolved Macintosh OSX the mouse now have 2 buttons.. and that same still easy to use.. no calibration auto fix, auto clean, auto sort, auto calibrate, ect.. nature.. could never an will never be as good as a.. PC.. Just because you can cut off resources from putting cache an power to specific measures by, Calibrating a PC...
So as i conclude.. The publisher of that site needs to calibrate the likeness' of both because they are wayyyyyyyy off..;-)
This has been wanted for one or two Linux Third party developers... The ability to text they're Linux platform PC from theyre mobile phone or vice versa.. The surprised Motorola encryption writers implied graciously "I don't use a Linux, I use a Trane.. Why would you want to text your Air conditioner anyways.. don't they have remote controls for that?".. The Linux programmers gasped an went on strike, wait no, that was the union Writer's guild..
So Firefox developers continues asking that Motorola allow a web protocol file transaction tool for Linux, So that 7 or 8 Linux users can pc to phone or phone to pc using a Linux platform.. Which is very unfashionable, popularity wise, but might make one open source.. That later will most likely become obsolete from lack of usage within a year upon its release date, 'if' released..
That is false,
The game Tiberium Wars: Command and Conquer 3 carries the Westwood logo, in game load, and in the game's credits.
...no. Westwood got shut down in 2002/2003. Some of their employees stayed in Nevada and formed Petroglyph, and the ones that remained with EA got transferred to EALA, which handles the RTS games.
When the Net first was made global by our penny munchers a Minute at Time Warner's AOL.. The net was a un-cruel world, an full of potential.. Time marched on an the Internet Became Grossly populated, an very hostile.. At first there was "geek" law.. Which a regular hacker would only snoop an look around.. Without the cultivation of tormenting virus' at a click's content.. Crackers, which evolved from that users getting online slapping run-times on sites that would install worms or virus that open ports came in the later years, which known they were considered Cracker, and not hackers.
As spam grew to where its popularity made all Web-browsers(Netscape, Opera, Internet Explorer) to have embedded pop-up blockers and sniffers applied to its buffer cacheing.. The Law started to step in.. Which was at first "geek" law.. Has become black an white bills' of law in congress.. Now the Net is a constant filter which Yahoo! has became very popular with great trends, as Microsoft wants they're name under their name cause of how secure Yahoo! manages to run, by blocking forge-lent sites as well as phishing sites from users eyes an browsers temp caching..
Yahoo!, as well as many other public sites that takes a large amount of users By Law have to condone a specific privacy statement, just because of all the prowling, internet stalking, and virus trends that are on the net today.. So basically its not a matter of Yahoo! being at fault.. It is the ones who miss used all the open source tech that helps aid learning an programming trends to prosper, the people who made forge-lint sites, an made gimmicks on trying to stalk users for they're confidential information.. It is those who had made every publicly used site to hold theses privacy statements.. Such as Myspace, Google, MSN, ICQ, and AOL hold the same exact privacy measures.. To keep all the Net users safe an secure, and out of reach of the internet terrorist that game for peoples confidential information..
So don't blame Yahoo! blame the people who take they're whole time on the net to Spam..
This has been a very big issue for many Global Networks, and that about 95% complaints, internationally, have been over Australians with the complaint "Aye! Yankee AdMINS!!!, why do i get so much lag an dropped all the time?!!??!" which is basically because they are in the nowhere zone when it comes to networks.. they receive 100% of they're information via satellite which as several Private Corporations including Nasa, as well have been wanting a more World Wide instantaneous connection for the entire world..
Having a instantaneous connection allows a broader range of connectivity so none of the Australians or other out of reach networks such as naval vassals, an what not, can Google at light speed an a lot more quickly then they have before.. Which the new satellites primarily aimed for media Internet Bandwidth so that all them happy Japaneses can not loose any data packets or connection loss when ever people are Buying merchandise on Sony.com...(jk)
This isn't for just Asian countries this is for the entire world.. Which one of many that are planned to get up around the globe.. So that all our friends in the corners of the globe can stay.. better connected was the prime reason of theses new coming satellites that are being launched.. I can hear all the Australian gamers cheering cause they're unbelievable latency(lag) is comming to a end!
Westwood studios has just merged with EA.. they still produce games.. they just carry a EA logo for most of its new games.. Command and Conquer Generals, EA.. Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars, is EA..
Westwood was more of like a strategic branch for Electronic Arts to begin with, merely focusing on war like or better known as strategic third person omniscient games.. that you control each character, an gameplay thats going on in that game.. Westwood never ran into the ground, they just carry they're higher corporate logo Electronic Arts.. If you are saying EA is a flop you are saying Battlefield, and Battlefield 2142 were flops.. Which both games are played more online then any other PC game.. Which that was until the programmers at ID finally released its new Quake:Enemy Territory.. Westwood didn't disappear just a small merge.. cause face it, Westwood started the entire Third person omniscient game play.. When they first made Command and Conquer.. They started that trend of PC game play, and made it very popular.. Why would they phase out??
Many retailers that are low budget usually don't put a whole sited network of bar-codes an network them together.. instead they do it the old fashion way.. Pen, paper, and signature of inventory control... Which this is mainly because networking as such is very expensive.. cause they would have to buy packages from Microsoft or Linux that deals in bar-code networking with that, thoses corporate packages costs 1,000s of dollars... That an its also more secure for some business to keep a written document.. which is for security reasons.. allows the business to keep track of thefts, and make sure they don't have untrustworthy employees..
So that issue could be for two reasons.. 1 is that your company does not have a massive budget an can not afford a massive network, or 2 they just want to keep every bit of data secure, and make sure they have trustworthy employees.. Many business still do it the old fashion way.. Just cause all the virus trends that go around.. an the ability to make numbers lie on inventory control.. It isn't a matter of laziness just a matter of security and/or low budget company..
Some time company like the old fashion way, which it also gives the ability to take a opinion on how well they're employees perform in that sort of task..
XP was great, very user friendly, very useful, very secure, but it is old protocol. Microsoft knew of its stability and it was greatly written why they made a 64 bit version.. but it still more vulnerable in certain specifics in its Core features that a small update wouldn't fix.. Most xp users only dislike Vista because it is new ground.. they would have to learn everything over again.. which it wasn't when Windows2000*CHOKE* TRIED to replace Windows98.. 2000 would crash on multiple tasks and lock up frequenty when executing programs. Vista is Very new layout and people who used XP are just new to OS changing configurations.. since computers are more popular today.. ppl dont like vista.. cause its they have to learn it all over again..
I love Vista its amazingly secure.. you can lock up your security a lot more tighter then xp, and i'm using Windows Server2008 beta.. another brilliant extention to the Windows OS trend. The net IE should be alot more secure as well.. but the new virtual machine with Vista is truly 100% more secure then any linux/unix box out on the market.. i believe it is why all the AIX mass handle/mass AIX programming are angry with Microsoft cause of the new renovations Vista has done with its core components isolation its registry from free exchange resources/swap files.. Vista has destroyed the security vulnerabilities.. only vulnerabilities right now.. are virus trends you download.. and couple mild known glitches in Internet Explorers cache, but windows defender corrects half of the resource/registry glitches in that.. active x is another vulnerability which is supose to be resolved at the new IE version comes out.. Vista should be used by the XP users Vista is more secure.. and once you get use to the Interface Vista has it becomes

Open up the policy settings on your clients computer restrict installation, to only be able to use programs that are already installed onto that computer.
Doing one or the other, will eliminate intrusion onto your server. Simply, just by limiting accessibility to/from your small network.

. In xp and 2000 you still have to watch your temp files an make sure they don't grow to an extension of a full blown worm. To get around that, simply download Windows defender which renders any temp file useless as long as IE7 is not open, or any other http PNG running program that exchanges xml docs are not encrypted.Meaning, If another program is not configured to run with its own syncronized xml doc exchange or better known as 'encryption'.
I know i haven't did i mention the silver light???
- now-days
but at first was highly unliked by many because it wasn't user friendly at all, and no beautiful click-able desktop like our modern fashions..With only one mouse button at the time of ye olden days..
The publisher of that site needs to calibrate the likeness' of both because they are wayyyyyyyy off..
This has been wanted for one or two Linux Third party developers... The ability to text they're Linux platform PC from theyre mobile phone or vice versa.. The surprised Motorola encryption writers implied graciously "I don't use a Linux, I use a Trane.. Why would you want to text your Air conditioner anyways .. don't they have remote controls for that?"..
In other news.. Is Linux turning into Windows?
...no. Westwood got shut down in 2002/2003. Some of their employees stayed in Nevada and formed Petroglyph, and the ones that remained with EA got transferred to EALA, which handles the RTS games. This post is not even remotely close to being accurate!! you can check for yourself @ http://www.fbi.gov/
Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars, is EA..
.. Westwood didn't disappear just a small merge.. cause face it, Westwood started the entire Third person omniscient game play.. When they first made Command and Conquer.. They started that trend of PC game play, and made it very popular.. Why would they phase out??
Westwood was more of like a strategic branch for Electronic Arts to begin with, merely focusing on war like or better known as strategic third person omniscient games.. that you control each character, an gameplay thats going on in that game.. Westwood never ran into the ground, they just carry they're higher corporate logo Electronic Arts.. If you are saying EA is a flop you are saying Battlefield, and Battlefield 2142 were flops.. Which both games are played more online then any other PC game.. Which that was until the programmers at ID finally released its new Quake:Enemy Territory
||JUST AS EASY AN USER FRIENDLY AS XP IS||...
