    Trains just are not efficient for moving light bulky cargo like humans. Especially when they are not capable of taking them to the final destination, and additional means of transportation are still required.

    ...Why do the Marshall Islands have a yearly rise increase almost 4 times the world average? Is it a low pressure zone? Are there Marshall Island glaciers that no one has discovered yet? How much has the sea level risen in the Marshall Islands since WWII. There is a lot of information missing from this story, and it reeks of politics and money.

    Unless the customer is being directed by politicians, knows the loans are shitty, but buys the loans anyway because they know the taxpayer will get them off the hook. Who might that customer be?

    It saves them money by not having to transport subcomponents across the US. Cheaper manufacture also allows them to offset domestic shipping costs.
