This is linux, it is trivial to create a random number generator hardware device and have it a part of/dev/random anyone relying on any commodity hardware is NOT truly interested in security.
I really like the "random number CD" that has a pregenerated 600mb of numbers, kind of like a 1 time pad. actually that would be brilliant, mail your reciever the CD and use it as the 1 time pad source for all your communication.
