    You never saw november storms on the great lakes. Makes hurricanes look like a summer rain storm. 60 foot waves and not rain from the sky, torrential chefs knives of ice that coats the boat and will sink you fast.

    A good old sailboat with a huge keel will weather even a mean storm without effort. A+ to you!
    I had a 36 foot hunter with a 2 ton keel.. it survived the november storms of Lake Michigan and superior, a wimpy hurricane is nothing to worry about,.

    Next time, go to the store and buy a 6 pound brick of Dry Ice and place it in the freezer. a standard top freezer fridge with a 6 pound block of dry ice in it will actually get colder for 5 days and then last another 6. If you don't have power restored, or haven't stolen the neighbors generator by then, you deserve to lose the food.

    This one blows my mind. a good LED flashlight, like my 6 D cell LED unit will run for 14 days on one set of batteries. so for normal flashlight use that is about 4 months.

    Do people buy garbage 1980's technology flashlights still?

    What about retarded executives at corporations that REQUIRE a degree to be the receptionist? because there are a LOT out there that require degrees and have no business requiring a degree for the position.

    No and No.

    Most parents that care for their kids to get a real education pay for private school. I was paying $200 a week for my child to go to a school that did not have metal detectors at the entrances and actually taught things like physics and required the kids to learn useless things like advanced algebra.

    Public schools you can graduate and not know how to read, the teachers are overworked and under paid so they just cant care enough and kids will fall through the cracks.

    And then you have the crack....

    They do, you are just too much of a cheap bastard to buy one that does. ASUS and Fujitsu both make an X86 tablet that will run linux for you right now with no hacks that has USB host and SD card slots.

    They are $600-$900 and have been available for a long time now.

    I find it funny that some foreigners think that the USA is the land of plenty for education... Try a $60,000 debt hanging around you neck to go with that education and not being able to find a job that pays more than $18.00 an hour because the rich assholes that get $1500 an hour think that your skillset is not worth more than that.

    In america it's not what you know but who you know that will deliver a high paying job.

    I would rather that they hand out loaded guns to everyone on the plane. Even though there is a larger chance of the plane ending up in space, if everyone on the plane is armed with a 45 cal pistol, no terrorist would even think of trying anything.

    Require people to carry a pistol on flights is the answer.

    As an american, I strongly suggest that anyone from outside to not visit us. This is a Police State, we like tromping on freedoms here. and they treat non citizens WORSE than citizens.

    Your money is better spent in a Free country like Canada.
