    Yes there are. your fridge and all the things you have plugged in and on all the time takes up about 50% of your daily electrical use.

    Plus why cant AMD and NVIDIA just do what they do in the Macbook pros? low end crap chipset for normal use, then switch on the high power chipset when you actually need it?

    In fact didn't Nvidia invent that tech for Apple?

    Most comcast locations already fired all the techs. They use independent contractors. Most of the guys did dish installs, Direct TV installs and Comcast installs all in the same day.

    Digitize for Clear QAM takes no more bandwidth than Encrypted QAM. Most areas have not had analog at all for 2 years now.

    I used to work for Comcast in the headends and OTN locations, I know more about this than the CSR's or installers ever hope to know.

    eztv.it, set up the RSS feed and your torrent catcher.

    Screw the cable companies and dish companies. Best $12.95 a month I spend is for a VPN outside the USA to get all the TV shows I want to record off of my DishTV.

    Have the right tires on your vehicle and stop tailgaiting and you find you don't need ABS.

    winter snow and ice? Ride on snow tires and leave more of a gap. Raining? more gap... driving safer eliminates a lot of need for automatic safety gear.

ABS is not safety equipment to those of us that actually know how to drive a car. There is a reason why Professional drivers dont have it in their race cars.

    Yet the Smart Four Two is the SAFEST car on the US roads with a 5 star crash rating for frontal and Side impact. It doesn't stop the uneducated from screaming it's "unsafe".

    Last time I drove in Germany, the damned phone had me on this Nasty curvy and busy road near Nürburg, Germany. And it was expensive as hell, The Tolls for that road were astonishing! And it kept going around and around with most of the other traffic driving crazy fast!

    We never did make it to Earlangen..

    You have never had a GOOD Hefeweissbier then. And honestly the darker beers are too complex for an under 18 young adult to actually even enjoy. Your palette needs to mature to really enjoy them. I do remember clearly learning that Guinness is crap and that Beamish was far more enjoyable and a better beer.. Far less bitter and just incredibly wonderful play of flavors...

    I found that kids like the lighter beers, at least that is what I liked when I was 12-14. And it's perfectly normal to let a 12 year old drink a little beer and a little wine. Only a wierd society would keep it from kids and young adults until they are 21.

    I grew up German, there was wine at the table for all of us. and I cultivated a love of Apfelwein at an early age thanks to dad and grandpa. It's also why when my friends were all drinking the crap from budwiser and getting drunk at 16, I was enjoying a Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier and smart enough to not drink 24 of them and then puke all over the place.

    Why do the radical puritans still control the laws here in the USA?

    Your leather jacket is worthless. I ride, and have ridden far more miles than you have. 102,500 miles on the saddle and I ride with full armor, full leather gauntlets, and a full face helmet, not the worthless harley leather jacket, the harley bandana almost covering my eyes and the stupid fingerless gloves. The harley riders ride for fashon, they are a rolling fashon show. It's their right. But dont even try to convince yourself that the harley brand jacket is worth anything in a crash. If it's tag says "harley davidson" it's a piece of crap that is worthless in a crash.

      Please buy a REAL leather jacket with armor and a back plate, and at least buy and wear kevlar jeans and real gloves.

    How? Because I'm not invisible. They see my flag and all my blinkies before they see some guy on a 10 speed. If you are riding in the city traffic without a high vis flag, you are doing it wrong on ANY bike.

    All that info self corrects. They have your Birth certificate, your DMV records and your tax records at Lexis Nexis as well as your ENTIRE CREDIT HISTORY. I can get a report that tells me what resturants you eat at and when.

    Your script does nothing at all when you are forced to submit real information like a shipping address.

    Riding a recumbent fixes this. Stop riding an out of date bicycle. I can ride 2X the distance in comfort on my recumbent than the best trained regular bike guy can. Plus it pisses them off that I can ride and take photos and eat some almonds, whine they are always standing on the pedals.

    The same reason you see most Harley Davidson Motorcycle Riders always out in their costume. It's Fashion, trying to look good and impress their other bike riding friends. Some wear their fashion all the time.

    Odd, my car club encourages us to not have any passengers and to drive as fast as possible without going anywhere. I spend a weekend driving the same route in a circle over and over and over again and trying to do it as fast as I possibly can.

    Car clubs in Great Britain are very different than what we have here.

    They dont have to take it. It's available for dirt cheap at LexisNexis. I can buy enough data on you to freak you out. All I need is a name and an address and I can get your social Security number and pretty much everything else.

    This is what most nutjobs don't understand. Stop worrying about the government, because corporations are already harvesting you and selling it to the government at a deep discount.
