      I love it when people like you that have absolutely no clue how things work try and post your troll responses. Yes a READ ONLY OS is incredibly easy to do and GASP is done daily. I suggest you read up on how a live CD/DVD works or how a BLuRay player runs linux.

    You don't need a virus scanner on a read only OS, but you do need to have the people in charge and on the line of design and manufacture to not be complete morons.

    Not denver. It has exploded so fast there that house prices and rents have tripled in the past 2 years. A company offered me a 100% raise to move out there and work for them, when I researched real information from friends living there I shot back declining the offer.

    You can extrapolate it out and a lot of people are going to be royally fucked there in a short time when all the other costs of living skyrocket to catch up with what is happening there so fast.

    Honestly learn how glasses are prescribed and how to modify a prescription. go to am optometrist and get a baseline made for reading then modify and order from a place that doesn't ask questions and will make dirt cheap glasses like Zenni.

    I have a special set of computer glasses that are useless for seeing anything outside of my arms length but they magnify everything clearly within arms length. so I can even easily use a 11.8 inch 1080p screen at native resolution on my surface pro.

    use optics to get your vision as clear as it possibly can for the monitor distance and then start toying with the software and contrast, it works a LOT better that way. and yes everyone can benefit from optics to correct as much as possible first.

    Not at the 2 amps required by the pi. I have yet to find any TV set that delivers the full power needed to run a Pi.

    I am a bit different than you the OSS code I have released, if someone reports a bug, I'll get to it when I can, but my DAY JOB is far more important, as well as family. Honestly I released it for free, and all people using it will get 100% of their $0.00US they spent to buy it from me, and my response time to bug reports will also be at that speed. "reasonable" amount of time is based on my definition of reasonable. Someone demanding a fix is not reasonable, someone wanting a fix within 12 months for free? not reasonable.

    Now if someone offered me $140,000 to fix that bug? I'll do it right away and even send a bottle of wine with it.
