All BlackBerry devices are equipped with a "Power ON/OFF Switch". The SWTICH is "Standard Equipment" on all BlackBerry devices and functions in an identical manner on the plant earth.
Usage is rather simple...depress the button once [hold down for approx 2 seconds] and the BlackBerry will "disconnect itself" from the RIM Relay, Corporate BES or the Consumer BIS, thus providing the "personal privacy" and "isolation from the mobile digital world"
