According to MSN regular IE, nor any other browser for that matter can access the entire MSN content. While you can get to certain areas, there is much content that can not be gotten to unless you are running MSN Explorer.
Unless you are a saleried employee, then you obviously are screwed. The FLSA guidelines are very stringent about this, to the point that if a company has had a grievence filed concerning these matters you will generaly find that they will soon mandate tighter control of hours if they deem overtime pay to be a burden to them.
In many states people goverened by FLSA in our field are covered under the "CWA" or "Communications Workers of America" Union.
While there may be some benefits to the union, I rather take my negotiations into my own hands.

I've done this too many times to count and it always left the unused space regardless of booting from floppy or CD.
