    2x4's actually measure 1.5x3.5 as far as the consumer is concerned. It is the same as the hard drive issue.

    I've done this too many times to count and it always left the unused space regardless of booting from floppy or CD.

    Not entirely true.
    According to MSN regular IE, nor any other browser for that matter can access the entire MSN content. While you can get to certain areas, there is much content that can not be gotten to unless you are running MSN Explorer.

    I believe the same is true of AOL.

    Unless you are a saleried employee, then you obviously are screwed.
    The FLSA guidelines are very stringent about this, to the point that if a company has had a grievence filed concerning these matters you will generaly find that they will soon mandate tighter control of hours if they deem overtime pay to be a burden to them.

    In many states people goverened by FLSA in our field are covered under the "CWA" or "Communications Workers of America" Union. While there may be some benefits to the union, I rather take my negotiations into my own hands.

    Has anyone else used/looked at their products? They run an extremely trimmed (20MB +/-) Debian 2.1 on a SanDisk FlasDrive. Their kicker is the SPS protocol, is there anything else like it?

    You are quite correct, except... there now does exist(well it has always been a potential) the threat of physical harm. There have been more than a few cases of kids and even adults dissapearing as a direct result of conversing w/ someone over the net then going to meet them thinking they new them and...

    It's a sick sick world out there, I think I'll just cuddle with my penguin and play Nethack.

    At least the 2940U2W as most available systems aren't compatible with the Ultra 160 as it needs a 64 bit bus which I believe really limits you to xeon's or alpha's etc...
