I think that maybe they could tag the atoms , sorta like they do in a catscan? (or some other test where they shoot radioactive material into your body and use big machines that hum to look inside you.)
Could that yield accurate testing results?

my ideal portable computer would be a mix between the wearable concept and a laptop.. I would love to have a nice headset, with a semi-translucent display.. a nice little box that had the processor, memory, hard drive, and video card (Sound card would be cool cuz then i could have a pair of light headphones on as well).. and then a cell modem. I would want just a wireless infared keyboard.. something really small, and portable. I wear JNCOs a lot, the main unit would fit in a front pocket. and the keyboard could have a reall small case with a strap.. the total unit would be three pieces. (main unit, headset, and keyboard).. I do everything with a keyboard.. and this set up would work great with any operating system, be smaller, and even more portable than laptops. ideas? -Scott
Ive been using E, for two weeks, (been waiting a long time for.15 to come out (didnt like all the bugs in.14). I am MORE than satisfied with new.15..it is my understanding that e was written with gnome in mind. e-conf and esd(the E sound Daemon) were both written to work with gnome. That is why they appear with gnome in the mirror sites and not with the E distrobution. Makes sense, and gnome just atakes a bit of d/lin.. look at http://www.gnome.org..there are step by step instructions... the only thing i do use in regards is panel, because it is so handy and configurable.
btw, you can use eesh to set everything manually just like in e-conf. in a term look in/usr/local/enlightement/bin and run eesh, and type 'help'...
