Sony has a worldwide installed base of 22 million or so units already. They've got a huge head start. Plus, all of their system sellers are coming out now or soon(MGS2, FFX, GTA3). Gord says that most people only buy one console during the current generation, if that's true... then Nintendo's got one hell of an uphill battle.
