If you don't consider the facts that this was done at the time when Russia was upset about Estonia removing a statue from the Soviet times AND a large number of attacks were based from Russian government servers AND there were calls in Russian forums to download a certain client program, that would make large numbers of request to Estonian government servers, AS "proof", then I don't know what else to say.
