I havn't seen anything, as soon as I click somewhere I get to read this:
Operating System: Only Windows XP (SP2 or SP3) and Windows Vista are supported at this time. Running Windows on a Mac? Photosynth runs under Boot Camp only. Parallels and other VM software cannot run the viewer.
So no Linux, probably not for a long time. Anyway, I can't see why things like this need to be a web service, so I'm waiting for the open-source variant.
Second that. Although I must admit I don't really read the local newspaper more then I do a companies blog. Maybe they should force it to be available in RSS and no copyright may apply (maybe they should force a creative commons license on it)
Also I've heard: the reserves of your body (fat) will only be used after about 20 minutes of constant increased energy use. So any fat burning will only start working after that time, before that your are just burning directly available energy (blood sugar, liver reserves, etc.). Make sure that you start biking and bike for more then about 15 minutes. Also, don't take the elevator is possible but that is just for fun;-)
It may also be nice to draw a 30 minute radius on the map from your home and just bike to and from a random position on the map.
Willingly facilitating in the distribution of copyrighted material is illegal. So although running a brightnet client may be legal by itself (as is hosting most web pages) as soon as you use it to distribute copyrighted material you have a problem.
It's just like piratebay.org, they don't host the data but in most countries what they are doing is considered illegal.
Can't they just find one of the default plugins to put this under, like the notification plugin or something? There must be a developer in the group of "default plugin developers" who would be willing to add a checkbox?
I just got this message in my gmail. It contained base64 encoded bulk mail, but the header may make for interesting reading:

I know this is very inflammatory, but it needs to be noted that most users don't care. They are happy to buy 2gigs of memory and actually feel cheated if the system then doesn't show them that they need it.
One unpopular idea on Ubuntu brainstorm was posted by just such a user. People have been told that advanced/better means not only to have more memory but also to need more memory.
Still, it's great to see that FF is getting to the point where they can start optimizing more.

There is nothing more secure then a Vista computer which will not boot, so I'm all for it!

Good luck!
