2. What is the climate and weather going to do to the ribbon? Rain? Thunderstorm? Tornado? Hail? Even all the Sun light? A meteor strike? Lightning? Static electricity?
3. Can you pull the ribbon into space in case something serious is taking place near the planet's surface, like a huge storm?
4. What about fire, will this thing burn? What if a fire starts while climber is on its way, half way through?
5. Will there be a way to evacuate from the climber with parachutes or rockets or whatever in case of emergency?
6. How do you make the ribbon stay in one place above the ground anyway?
Can they can answer those questions above before talking about having simultaneous 6 climbers instead of 3? Because they have to answer those questions before they can even do 1.

It makes sense of-course, the thing that would make it really stand out would be if they also developed a way to print on it without taking it down. So if they can have a printer head, that is the size of the sheet of paper itself, that you use sort of like a stamp. You select an image, touch the printer to the paper and it leaves the necessary impression - picture on the paper and you didn't have to take the paper down, that would improve efficiency and save time and money for the stores.
If not that, then you have to print the new picture and bring it with you, then you have to take the old one down, put the new one up, the amount of time it takes to do this goes up, where is the efficiency?
I don't see anybody on those pictures who isn't wearing good enough clothing, without some corporate logo on them. However I do see that the guys, who tried to protect their properties were murdered. This speaks volumes:
First: the thugs are pieces of shit, never new real poverty, taken care of by the state, regardless if their flats are tiny. Fuck them. Why aren't they living in the woods in rat holes? That's where they actually belong.
Second: the individuals who were killed couldn't protect themselves, and what they needed were guns and enough ammo to shoot at the attacking crowd. The law abiding individuals are the ones who are suffering: paying taxes to support the thugs and then paying with their lives because when the thugs come to get them, they don't have any protection thanks to the government.
It's all wonderful, however right now the rest of the population also needs to start thinking about rioting against the system in a different way: guns.
If the police cannot help the home and business owners to protect their properties, if people are getting mugged and killed on the streets, it's time for the people to realize - there ain't nobody out there to help you. Get guns. Fuck the government - they can't protect you. If you are in this situation and police can't protect you, you must protect yourself.

As to employees: it's not about "first few" employees, it should be all employees within the State.
