Maybe if he was blind-folded he could have made the mistake of dropping the RAM, then atleast it would have been a challenge to a real geek. Maybe turn the thing on should be tiebreaker?

Also, there's cost associated with any change or even an upgrade. Do they take into account that Microsoft has 3 year upgrade path for all their products? No one stays stagnant, and do they compare the assessment to upgrade or going to other vendors. Maybe they still have Lotus 123 or some DR DOS laying around. My company still has Reel tapes, but now drive to read from them. I just love the absence of logical thought in politics, just love how it's better to say something for reaction sake rather than cold hard facts that compare apples with apples or maybe Macintoshes?

Obviously, you have no clue what it's like to be an IT consultant expected to average at least 70 hours a week and doing what needs to be done, while the Master still cashes the check for the Billable Hours. Salespeople have expense accounts for dinners and how many customers expect you to work through the night and expect a status report in the morning...hmmm...Let's really get to the source...Salespeople who promise things that have no idea what it takes to finish a project, or saying yes to changes and expecting it take the time regardless of the effort involved. Been there done that...let the Free Market be Free, no ridiculous laws.

It's even more interesting that you have to make a law, because of the rampant overtime out there...selfish IT workers, shame on you.

What is most disturbing is that the Executive Branch of the Government has taken on the responsibility and powers of what the Judicial Branch. Remember US Government 101, Congress makes laws, Executive enforces laws and Judicial deems whether the laws are what..Constitutional?? Isn't that what Bush had said was the basis on his selection of Supreme Court Justices??? It isn't the Government overstepping it's the Executive Branch and all the other Branches not doing anything. Stupid is as stupid does.
