I really wish that Google would do the right thing and prosecute these organisations, after all they all state

If there is a false take down then under their own words of "under penalty of perjury" they should be prosecuted. If there is never any comeback on these organisations they will keep on pumping out false takedowns. Does not matter if these are automated takedowns done by software and the sender of the takedown states "under penalty of perjury" then they are liable.
My old Moto Atrix has HDMI and USB plus Wifi and also came with a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse.
Great it is as I just need to hook up to a HDMI monitor and away I go however I love my desktop much much more as the phone is just powerful enought (2 core Tergra) to do basic stuff like email and web.
If the phone can be come a truly portable comparative of today's modern desktop PC with Nvidia CUDA core then bring it on, til then it's still my desktop
Global Gaming Factory (GGF) on 27th August 2009 will turn TPB into a legal p2p site, then they could have grounds to sue Eircom for blocking access to a legal download site. It could all happen and then duck when the fan gets switch on.
I use IPCop with Cop+ addon.
This is a linux based Firewall with content filtering on top which uses blacklists etc to block site, you also have the ability to add you own blacklists and also complete control over sites with execption rules. Been using it for many years and have not seen any porn in that time.
