I tend to disagree.
Look at claims 8, 9, 10, 15, 19, 20, 24, 27, 30, 32, and 34, each being a software claim.
Some are extremely wide (do not mention any specific execution environment that would restrict their scope).
Keep in mind that each claim creates its own infringement space.
