Israel is NOT america. And though I think the nuclear 'threat' is merely generated to secure oil in the future, I must say that I am completely and utterly disgusted by our continued BULLSHIT interventions on earth. If people can't establish their own defense, then fuckem. Its not OUR problem. We've even armed israel to a large extent. We've given them defense equipment. Do we need to do all the work for them as well? I mean.. Crap.. The only thing of value in Israel is Judaism, which means nothing to me, but means a lot to those that own America.

WITH the US, we were able to instill OUR OWN fascist leaders, like Saddam Hussein. And then... oh wait.. now we don't like him anymore. DOWN WITH SADDAM! The US needs a revolution, because our country is nothing more than starbucks/abercrombie fiends being tooled over by big money controlling media, politics, and your ability to make progress (credit). Open your eyes, dipshit. America isn't what it used to be.

Since when is this important? Sounds like a few people whining about things, and others whining back at them. People should whine less and work more. 10,000 news-worthy things happen every day, yet this insubstantial lard of a 'problem' is on here? Surely there are more important things to talk about, like the availability of banana laffy taffy. cry/whine/sue, thats all most people know how to do nowadays. What a shame of an existence.

Why don't you pick a fight thats winning? Quit being a disgruntled bridge-hiding troll, crying about your need for your drivers. Move over to linux and maybe by joining forces, open source can make progress. So many of you (yes, I don't run it) Open source guys sit around and create DIFFERENCES, then you wonder why WE (yes, everyone else who uses windows) aren't interested. UNIFORMITY IS KEY.

  6. The problem with unix/linux open source crap on Major PC Vendors Push For Open Source Drivers · · Score: 1

There are a few MAJOR problems with open source operating systems that keep myself and the majority of the rest of the world from switching over. 1) NO GAMES. 2) NO DRIVERS. 3) NO EASY INSTALL (though I have heard that Ubuntu is simple). From my experience, it just isn't worth it to use open source. Sure I could browse the internet, or write an e-mail.. But I can do that in windows too. What does Open Source offer me, a daily computer user and gamer, that I cannot get from Windows? NOTHING. What does windows offer that Open Source cannot offer. TONS. If open source cares to be anything more than a stable server or a rarely used secondary OS partition, they (as you you nerds that meet up at conventions) SHOULD START FOCUSING ON THE THINGS PEOPLE ACTUALLY WANT. Sure, yahoo messenger for linux is cool, but is it cooler than Team Fortress 2? Sure it even has a calculator, but it takes 10 minutes of command line operations to install a video driver.... When unix/linux/open-source has developed a uniform, easy interface, from which the vast majority of popular computer operations can be conducted, is when you'll see me and the rest of the world give a crap. We're sick of microsoft, but open source is still worse.

  7. I HAVE THE ANSWER on Comcast Proposes Self Regulation and P2P Bill of Rights · · Score: 1

How about COMCAST sells 6mbit service to its consumers with the knowledge that each consumer has paid for and expects 6mbit of transfer AT ALL TIMES. You do not sign up for 6mbit for a quick burst, you sign up because thats what you want and thats what you're paying for. If they need to charge more, then do so; but COMCAST NEEDS TO STOP SELLING A PRODUCT THEY CANNOT MAINTAIN OR START SELLING A PRODUCT THAT THE BUYER CAN USE AS ADVERTISED AND PURCHASED. Thats the simple answer. The BBB needs to slam Comcast for selling a promise they won't keep.
