The moon's poles are where the water appears to be, so why not employ a polar reflecting system to keep the sunlight going in the highest polar latitudes all week, every week. That might freak out a few back here when the new moon has a pinpoint glow at the poles. On the bright side, we'll have plenty of crushed rock to plant in once we start tunneling for "air tight" habitation space.
