    Yes, becoming a developer is free, you get access to documentation and some videos (which require you to be on OS X and Safari). However if you want to push applications to the AppStore, it requires a fee of $99 per year, and to use Xcode 4 you need to have an Apple device.

    It should be up to the user, as modifying the source is much harder than just changing an option in the kernel config.

    Most of them have a latches that allow the lifts to hook on to them. They are on all four corners. I imagine that they employ them some how. I'm sure if you stack them high enough and the boat starts rocking that the metal can bend/break and the containers will go over.

    These people are not idiots, they are doing what they need to do to go home, safely. It's real easy to criticize the judgments that were made then. The other Bradley unit, was being shot at.     Isn't this why we have state governments so if you don't like what that state did you can move. National healthcare is a bad idea, you shouldn't have to pay for me being stupid and jumping off a big rock and breaking my leg, that's my own fault. Like wise I shouldn't have to pay for someone not staying in shape and developing sleep apnea or getting type 2 Diabetes. Let the states implement it.
