According to a friend of mine who works as contractor in that fab (in Dresden), the wafers are manufactured here, then flown to Texas for testing and finally are cut into chips and packaged in Malaysia. The testing step may some day be performed in Dresden, so some stupid laws in the U.S. probably will not cut the supply of Athlons and Opterons from the rest of the world. (Until some EU politician is brib^H^H^H^H^H^H^H decides to adopt those laws, of course).
The point of cooling a chip is to get excess heat away from its rather small volume into some larger volume where the heat can be more easily dealt with. Even the usual fans produce some extra heat, but in comparison to the chip that is not much (otherwise passive cooling would be sufficient).
I didn't do the math yet, but estimate that the fuel mass needed for that would be huge - assuming electric propulsion is not there yet. Even then you would need some non-trivial amount of fuel and power.

You do not need them to teach that, they will probably organize it themselves after having nested inside the case.

Wouldn't the black hole evaporate after that?
You don't need those ancient input devices when you have been assimilated!

You have voided the warranty when messing with the MBR. Therefore you ought to buy a new computer with M$ software preinstalled.
