a) you pay extra buck and receive virus-prone, nsa-prone, starforce-prone, and stupidity-prone OS on a hardware which isn't directX games-capable by itself (10.2" display? I wonder what's GPU) b) you don't pay a thing and receive a computer with GPL OS on it like Gentoo or Ubuntu which is 99% virus-immune, 99.9% nsa-immune, 100% starforce-immune and to a great extent stupidity-immune, with a lot of software already pre-installed so you don't have to pay additional $ for office suite, etc, etc
I see it like this:
a) you pay extra buck and receive virus-prone, nsa-prone, starforce-prone, and stupidity-prone OS on a hardware which isn't directX games-capable by itself (10.2" display? I wonder what's GPU)
b) you don't pay a thing and receive a computer with GPL OS on it like Gentoo or Ubuntu which is 99% virus-immune, 99.9% nsa-immune, 100% starforce-immune and to a great extent stupidity-immune, with a lot of software already pre-installed so you don't have to pay additional $ for office suite, etc, etc
I'd go for b), hands down.
And if I was OEM, I'd stick with b) too.
